Duties and responsibilities• Plan production in a manner that will maximize the use of the company’s resources (man, machine & material) and minimize costs whilst still satisfying all customer demands.• Ensure optimal production plans are in place to satisfy customer demands (correct item, correct quantity, correct time). This includes scheduling printing and finishing tasks.• Ensure timely communication of all changes to plans.• Maintain Planning data accuracy within the system.• MRP Exception and Rescheduling messages management.• Inventory analysis and management reporting. Special focus on keeping ageing down in order to free up working capital.• Planning analysis and management reporting.• Daily declare Actual vs Planned outputs and time lost/gained.• Chair daily Sales feedback meeting. Represented by Sales, Operations and Support teams.• Minute all discussions and provide updates as and when required to keep all parties informed.• Monitor and co-ordinate daily call off requirements.• Update Global Purchasing SharePoint with Aged Raw Material information, including monthly spend for RM and Inks.• Open and Close the Raw Material forecast. Submit information to the Procurement specialist.• Update the Rolling forecast and submit prior months results. MTD and YTD information by AM and by Customer.• Manage Job Closures and raise any discrepancies.• Co-ordinate the flow of the Rework Procedure when required. Raise queries/concerns if needed.• Assist Finance with stock, ageing and WIP queries.• Ensure system clean ups are done for month end and year end.• Manage Production Estimator and Planning Assistant.Projects• Key user during a new ERP system implementation (BAAN to SAP/Radius)• Part of the CI team tasked to identify areas for improvement and implementing and monitoring initiatives.

Duties and responsibilities• To plan conversion in a manner that will maximize the use of the companies resources and minimize costs whilst still satisfying all customer demands• Ensure optimal conversion plans are in place to satisfy customer demands• Ensure timeous communication of any and all changes to plans• Optimal stock holding of raw material (low & slow)• Optimal production and material schedules• Input to procurement of production raw material (material schedules)• Management of staff (Production Scheduler and Material Scheduler)• Baan Planning key user• Planning data accuracy maintainance• MRP Exception and Rescheduling messages management• Inventory analysis and management reporting• Planning analysis and management reporting• Checking and releasing Sales Orders for Production

• Planning and ordering in terms of all stock required as per FIFO basis and storage requirements.• Forecasting stock for peak periods and daily operations• Forecasting storage requirements for peak periods• Daily and weekly reporting on stock on hand and coverage• Management of stock days on hand according to benchmarks• Investigation and control over warehouse GPS, stock codes, dealsheets and correct pricing of all stock on the system.• Management of stock shelf life and expiry at all times• Ordering of all stock required by all Brands without experiencing out of stock situations that are within FBs control and being careful to prevent overstocking.• Reporting on promo product activity weekly, promo stock on hand and forecasts for ordering purposes• Preparing for and ordering stock for any new Brands acquired.• Handling of any returns after promos to suppliers• Processing of supplier claims and ensuring stock is claimed before being authorized for dumping• Ownership of the risk list and proactively managing this item• Ordering of all non – stock requirements for inside the warehouse eg. Staff welfare, cleaning, repairs etc• Preparation and co – ordination of stocktakes as well as communicating dates to the relevant people and customers• Ownership of Brand order forms – continually updating• Managing stock returns from franchisees and authorizing GRVs daily with drivers• Managing supplier delivery windows• Supervising and checking of incoming stock with regards to correct quantities and dates received• Daily and weekly stockcounts and variance reporting• Handling of all stock quality and out of stock complaints from the network

Duties and responsibilities• Ensure that all available resources are in place to support the weekly production schedule prior to issuing production orders• Monitor production and sales trends to continuously manage stock-holding levels (WC)• Produce KPI’s to monitor and measure production operations and planning activities• Ensure compliance and maintenance with health, safety, environmental and quality systems (ISO9001 & 14001 & IsssRs (International small sites safety rating system))• Inventory management (Daily inventory transaction processing, monthly reconciliation’s, Non-working inventory initiatives and justifications)• Engaging with the Supply Value Chain at monthly S&OP meetings• Engage with strategic suppliers to manage the supply and demand of materials (Includes Base Oil Management / Refinery Optimisation, Imports).• Manage Third Party Manufacturing activities.• Year-end Audit requirements.Projects• Ongoing Value Optimisation: Member of the project to evaluate MRP utilisation and roles and responsibilities. The objective of the project was to further role-out MRP to depots and to utilise SAP functionality to identify value-adding opportunities.• CDC Project (Central Distribution Centre): In-progress, Rationalisation of depot network to a centralised DC.
