Sr. Project Manager- Led a migration and shutdown of a data center in a very aggressive six month schedule. Emphasized minimal downtime or interruption to business. Earned the Thales Team Spirit Award for a successful on-time delivery despite an extremely aggressive schedule. • Led the SW development, integration, and validation of 3 complex platforms into one to increase SW efficiency and sustainability. SW was successfully signed off for Boeing 787 IFE platform. • Establish new software/test processes that increase quality and decrease customer reported defects by 85%. Follow a LEAN, iterative development methodology in compliance with company policies. Encourage lessons learned in order to improve each iteration. - Successfully created and launched the Company's first project plan (Scorebig Beta) which included multiple business areas: tech, pricing/analytics, product, operations, and customer service- Responsible for driving larger ideas to fruition, reviewing requirements, coordinating deliverables across business, helping to prioritize feature requests, scheduling features into monthly releases (Sprints), and managing current tech development activities as the Scrum Master to ensure releases are delivered on time- Scrum Master: Manage a tech team of 10-15 staff consisting of architects, developers and QA using Scrum Agile Methodology. Experienced in Earned Value Management (EVM) that tracks progress across software, systems, and test departments. - Sr. Software Engineer: Analyzed and assigned technical problems discovered during system test. Ensured problems were worked by the tech team in a timely manner to support the test team at customer site.- Test Director: Conducted Final System Acceptance test to sell off a 3 year program in the Middle East. Software tests ran ahead of schedule and on budget. - Software Integration Engineer: Led a small team to populate large amounts of test data into the NATO system. Created and ran automated black-box regression tests using QFTest. Supported three integration test teams to ensure regression tests passed each system upgrade and all the necessary data was populated to perform full integration tests. Lived in France for 1.5 yrs, and assimilated with Raytheon’s French counter-parts. - Software Developer: Developed GUIs for a Command and Control system using XML, Scheme, and Java following the full software life cycle (requirements, design, development, software integration test, systems integration test)
