Think of me as a baker both without and with a kitchen. I am currently a program coordinator which I enjoy deeply! I love to learn new skills and in turn show new skills to those who could benefit from it. I am tech savvy and love to lend a hand to those who are in need of learning new skills. If something isn't working as expected, I will always give it my all to find a solution. I am also involved with creating how-to videos for our programs. I have experience with various photo and video editing software and love to conquer any challenge in this area. So, what is with the baking metaphor? Baking is a passion of mine, another line of skills I continue to learn. First comes the process, the science and chemistry when mixing ingredients together to make edible creations must be precise. Once the process is done, then comes the time to let my creativity shine. I make sure to have a clear idea of what I’d like the outcome to be, making sure I have all the elements at my fingertips, bringing them together to satisfy my best and worst critics.In my current position, the process is in each program:• ensuring each project has been entered correctly• ensuring each department has all they need to complete their tasks in a timely matter• continuing to improve each process as we hone the pain points of our client's programThe creativity is in the coordinating: • developing and implementing ideas to streamline each project• understand and determine target timelines for each department • in a fast paced environment, it is essential to communicate challenges or changes to department while keeping track of each day's demands for urgent matters • keeping the lines of communication open with all parties involved is key to the success of a projectLet’s connect and talk about how I can bake outside of your kitchen, or how I bake in mine ;)
