At CHF I led two teams (a total of 13) as the Campaign Council for "C.O.R.E." - a structured data integrity effort modeled after a financial campaign. Our task was to standardize and optimize the 1 million+ records in the Foundation's Raiser's Edge database; to improve and build the reporting capabilities for all donor systems, and to train all users in the proper policies and usage of those systems. I specifically worked with each department to identify their worst data challenges or most pressing reporting needs and then spearheaded the mitigation process.I implemented a quantifiable system of service request management to effectively track and report the work of the teams. Through concentrated labor analysis and focused cross-training we were able to improve cash and gift handling procedures to administer 13,000 more gifts than the year before. My teams and I trained more than 100 Foundation staff members in role-specific systems and created many of the procedures staff will use to maintain the integrity of their work for years to come.
