-Manage day of logistics for the best leadership candidate care experience; not limited to catered lunches, tours, and personalized greets.-Coordinate interview process from beginning to end including scheduling phone interviews, onsites, and feedback sessions for diverse leadership candidates. -Manage processing of travel, hotel, car service, candidate reimbursements, and professional expenses.-Partner with recruiting team and hiring managers to develop training Quips of Facebook’s policies and best practices to use for training new hires on pipeline management.
