As a writer, actress and facilitator, I work with public and private companies and organisations to write training material and develop their courses. I regularly facilitate these courses for clients too.I design and develop bespoke scenarios for and with the clients, which enhances learning and brings an element of realism to training, in a safe environment. This helps organisations to get better results, more out of their workers and happier service users. I can also provide actors for this training as well as facilitate these sessions.I also regularly run After Action Review Courses with colleagues for hospitals including UCLH, KSS and Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital.
