- Provide supervision to Cornerstone clinicians including clinical case consultation, navigation of ethical concerns, procedures, and practices, help to change, shape, or support clinician practices to better meet the needs of clients, and supporting the well-being and professional development of the clinician. - Facilitate Cornerstone programmatic and group preparation meetings, obtain feedback from team members and clients, encourage the sharing and realization of ideas, delegate tasks, create agendas and group curricula including youth/client voice, and direct program planning and decision-making. - Coordinate and collaborate with other internal agency programs as relevant, share Cornerstone - Program progress and updates, and provide operational insights and ideas at management meetings.- Attend quarterly county-wide Cornerstone Replication supervisor meetings to foster fidelity to the TIP (Transition to Independence) model and coordinate implementation across agencies.- Attend quarterly ACMH Youth Peer Support (YPS) Supervisor Roundtable meetings to receive consultation from the state-wide coordinators of the initiative, provide and receive support, perspective, and experience-sharing to other agency supervisors implementing the YPS model, and ensure fidelity to the model and role of YPS. - Provide supervision, support, and guidance to Youth Peer Support Specialist.- Serve as the University of Michigan Field Instructor for the MSW intern in the Cornerstone program. - Attend leadership and clinical trainings as relevant.- Maintaining all duties listed under the Bilingual Cornerstone Clinician/Therapist/Case Manager position below:
