- Responsible for operational activities of Record to report (R2R) and intercompany team. - Perform Monthly and Year end book closing. Prepare maintain and review schedule of accounts.- Ensures Oracle subsidiary ledger balances reconciled to general ledger.- Assists in driving variances explanation for period to period changes.- Maintain accurately and efficiently Fixed asset schedules, Bank Reconciliation and Intercompany balances against partners.- Provides support to external and internal auditors in year-end audit.- Support in preparation of monthly accounting management report.

- Review and interpret business performance and operating results against short term and long term budgets and targets, make specific recommendation on cost reduction of all variable cost.- Maintained the general ledger system, oversaw the month end and year financial reports, audit reports, budget and variance analysis.- Prepare and analyze monthly accruals of company unpaid invoices, utility bills, supplies and etc.- Key contributor to annual budget process, working with various departments heads to review historical activities, trends and future obligations.- Compilation of information and preparation of schedules required by internal and independent auditors. - Provide accurate, timely, and easily digestible information for managing, forecasting, reporting and driving key performance integrator.- Responsible for review of actual expenses, recommend, provide financial & business solution to a wide range business issues.- Weekly audit of finished goods and work in progress (WIP)- Participate in physical inventory and upload the result in oracle using desktop integrator. Review variance result in Oracle- Educate and train I procurement User and approver for proper account coding.- Handle Fleet Management and Departmental Procurement
