The system provided a variety of development, training, and coaching initiatives for approximately 100 program staff and leadership personnel. Additionally provided services and resources to all families of participants in Camp Fire's programs, in particular to families within vulnerable populations. Facilitated training for program staff and leadership on the topics of inclusion, behavioral guidance, and how to connect with families.April 2009 - August 2009: As the Regional Supervisor directed program development and implementation for 20 front-line staff and 6 supervisors for six licensed school-age before and after school programs. Had responsibility for interviewing, hiring, providing progressive counseling, and annual performance reviews for the staff and supervisors.

On a cognitive/behavioral unit in a secured facility: provided case management for 3 residents at a time, conducted group counseling for 15 male adolescents on the topic of alcohol and drug dependency, ensured secure supervision, and facilitated community service opportunities.

Coordinated staffing of approximately 40 volunteers. Collaborated with local public school personnel and other community agencies in providing necessary services. Programs served approximately 600 children each year.June 1992 - August 1995: Coordinated summer children's outreach activities operating in low-income multi-housing locations.
