The FP&A Trends Group's mission is to identify and support new global trends, skillsets, and thought leadership in corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).I am responsible for:- Developing the overall company's strategy- Developing and implementing the company's procedures and policies to follow the best business practices and legal compliance- Short and long-term planning, day-to-day operations- Ensuring efficient and secure implementation of technologies and services

• Designing, developing and maintaining 'DashWorks' User Interface. The technologies and frameworks used are HTML, CSS, Javascript, Angular 2, Bootstrap, Material Design etc.• Implementing and maintaining best software development methodologies and practices – TDD, UI prototyping, UX workshops etc.

• Designing, developing and maintaining ‘iQ’ User Interface. The ‘iQ’ is a SaaS application suite hosted on Azure Cloud Platform, which collect, analyse and report on inventory and usage of IT enterprise resources. The technologies and frameworks used are HTML, CSS, Javascript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Material Design etc.• Developing and maintaining ‘Universal’ - web application built with Drupal CMF. The Universal provides a unified access to the remote enterprise resources. • Implementing and maintaining best software development methodologies and practices – TDD, UI prototyping, UX workshops etc.

• Project management - ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of various Customer Relationship Management, Lead Generation Projects and Electronic Communication projects• R&D and Programming - Since 2004 designing, developing and maintaining G2 Product Suit - PHP-based Framework, which provides RAD environment for the Online Marketing Solutions. The development environment is WIMP - Windows, IIS, MSSQL, PHP. • Architecture & design – planning and design of a knowledge base application. The application is collecting, processing and analysing the marketing communications (emails, blogs, social media channels etc.).• Data management - perform data cleansing, analysis and reporting using Generator2, DMP, Match, QAS Batch and Crystal reports.• Outsourcing management – building project specification, communications and quality control for Web Development (Ukraine) and Business Process (Philippines) projects.
