Short Term Project-Chevron Human resources service center open enrollment benefits specialist handling incoming calls from employees and retirees to enroll them in their health and welfare benefits.-Educating employees and retirees of benefits available to them.

-Responding to incoming phone inquiries, answering questions, and meeting all policy changes and needs in call center environment.-Educate policyholders on coverages they have or may need and offer additional products and services.-Assist policyholders with billing, proof of coverage, vehicles changes, and other policy changes needed.-Customer Retention.-Selling Liability and Physical Damage Coverages.
