I am responsible for the creation, implementation, and maintenance of the production plan and schedule. This includes coordinating scheduled engineering changes and new product releases for both the Professional Oral Health and Direct-to-Consumer markets. My role supports Manufacturing through effective production planning and timely procurement of raw materials, as well as assisting Sales by managing inventory and purchasing finished goods.In addition to this, I oversee the procurement of goods and services essential to the daily operations of the business unit. My responsibilities involve analyzing spending, quotes, and variances to ensure the accurate placement of purchase orders.I interact professionally with various team members and clients, process RFQ packages, and develop new supplier sources. I also am responsible for managing vendor files and preparing quarterly scorecards. My role includes attending daily, weekly and monthly raw material meetings to purchase inventory, ensuring consistent production flow. I follow up on material deliveries and adjust dates as necessary to meet production requirements. Furthermore, I communicate and place purchase orders for materials, tools, goods, and services, acknowledge issued POs, and update delivery dates, pricing, and parts information.

Perform a variety of purchasing tasks from reading blueprints to develop equipment budgets, generate computerized purchase order, to expediting deliveries to meet Construction schedule on site dates. Maintain various databases for equipment, schedules, and reports. I worked close with accounting to receive invoices for payment and record equipment for asset management.

Accountable for client, vendor, and management contact. I performed a variety of tasks from reading purchase orders from Microsoft, issuing PO’s to approved vendors / suppliers, entering work orders into SAP, scheduling and following up with vendors on delivery dates. Obtain compile, store and retrieve data in Excel and or Word for multiple people within and outside of Startek. Review clients / companies forecast to ensure for accuracy. Quoting, estimating, scheduling, customer and client interaction and issuing PO’s all on a daily bases

Support the management team with new and existing reports by the data collect from on-line and final audit worksheets. In charge of posting daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Management, Process Management, Operations, and Customers.
