I am a recent graduate from the University of Michigan Dearborn, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Communications and complemented it with a minor in Human Resource Management. As a dedicated communicator, I have honed my skills in crafting compelling messages and fostering connections. My passion for Human Resource Management fuels my desire to excel in talent acquisition, employee development, and workplace dynamics. I believe in the power of nurturing a positive and inclusive work environment that empowers individuals to thrive and contribute to their fullest potential.During my time at UM-Dearborn, I had the privilege of engaging in a range of hands-on projects and coursework that deepened my understanding of effective communication strategies and HR principles. A major part of my hands-on learning was through my Internship at the Dearborn Area Chamber of Commerce where I created new relationships with business leaders and organized networking events. I am ready to leverage my education and experiences to make a positive impact in the corporate world.
