With over six years of talent development experience, I specialize in enhancing organizational culture through the power of human connection. I am a certified PRINCE2® practitioner and a trained mentor, with expertise in operating in high levels of ambiguity, developing organizational strategy, and building and running large-scale social learning programs. As the President of Women at Amazon Seattle, the global affinity group for women, non-binary employees and allies, I lead the annual goal planning, operating planning, and budget for the 6K+ members.
