In my new role as a Technical Specialist at Microsoft Switzerland, I’m leading on driving app innovation by leveraging cloud-native technologies and AI to help customers accelerate their digital transformation journeys. By leveraging Azure's advanced PaaS services, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, DevOps / Platform engineering and their emerging section with Azure OpenAI to build cloud-native AI applications. I am keen to help customers on their complex technical solutions that solve real business challenges. My work includes: - Leading customer engagements and removing technical blockers to ensure successful project outcomes.- Providing expert technical guidance on Azure application innovation, including PaaS, cloud-native development, and AI-driven solutions.- Assisting customers with app modernization strategies, leveraging Azure's best practices for scalable, secure, and efficient app solutions.- Leveraging my expertise in Azure Application Innovation platform, such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure functions, etc., to help customers deploy and manage containerized applications.- Architecting solutions that support multitenancy and ensure cost-effective, secure resource utilization.- Acting as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through integrating Azure app development services into their broader cloud strategy.- Conducting architectural design sessions to align technical solutions with business objectives.- Influencing Azure's app innovation strategy without authority based on customer feedback.
