Responsible for: Leading the interactive department from a strategy, production and usability standpoint. Mentoring and educating junior staff on the ins and outs of the interactive process. Key Successes:* Agency Video Producer for the Award Winning Corning; A Day Made of Glass video* Grew the Intel Content Syndication business from $150K to $2.6M in just one year by convincing the client to move the program from being 100% text-based to being video-based. Resulted in the creation of over 60 HD videos* Successfully launched a number of complex site builds and flash applications on-time and on-budget through strong project management and diplomacy* Elevated the overall quality of the interactive work coming from the Doremus office by adding an interaction design eye to everything generated* Produced multiple award-winning campaigns: - Corning: A Day Made of Glass - HP IPG: The Break Up Videos - HP EB: IB Flex video series - Intel Content Syndication online program - Sage EES: On the Hotseat integrated campaign (banners, eDM, landing page, viral video)

Responsible for:Leading the charge for online initiatives surrounding the launch of the FLY Fusion Pentop computer including an iTunes-like store, multiple demo videos and online marketing program.Key Successes:* Partnering with our agency, pushed through a provocative viral campaign that was a finalist at the 2008 SXSW Awards in the Amusement category* Produced instructional videos on how to use the FLY Fusion computer and software * Created the first online marking plan in company history for the launch of the FLY Fusion- from the ad execution to the product landing page and integration with the software* Pushed through a full site redesign for Leapfrog.com, re-architecting the full e-commerce site in less than 2 weeks

Responsible for:Managing the flow of offline and online projects into and out of the internal ad agency at Yahoo! by serving as the lead Account Manager, Strategist, and Producer. Led a team of 5 producers, building the discipline and installing a process.Key Successes:* Managed the launch of over 200 campaigns at Yahoo! and a full corporate rebranding effort with limited funds and resources* Used my creative and management experience to effectively communicate the needs of our marketing executives to our creative team, thereby increasing the efficiency of our creative process* Created new project management standards for all creative projects by instituting a standardized process and project kick-off templates * Helped creative teams prioritize tasks to improve productivity by creating a resourcing system to track all team members and their workload* Served as the sole information architect in the group, creating site flow documents and wireframes

Responsible for:Project management leadership on the online portion of the launch of the NapaStyle brand, eventually taking over as account lead.Key Successes:* Managed the successful design and launch of the NapaStyle online store by creating complex project plans; managing the internal design, copy and development teams; and managing the outside backend ecommerce partner* Moved from a project management role to a hybrid account service/project management role after just 3 months due to the relationship I was able to build with the client

Responsible for:All project management, account management and budget management for a small boutique design shop.Key Successes:* In one short year, was able to learn the ins and outs of the interactive space by immersing myself in the process from project kick-off through development* Picked up basic HTML and Photoshop skills through observation and hands-on self teaching. Responsible for: All television production requirements for over 60 Major League Soccer telecasts and major international soccer competitions. Key Successes:* All live broadcasts were completed at or under budget* Facilitated all production requirements for domestic and international broadcasters at Gold Cup 1998 and served as liaison with event organizers
