As a Customer Success Manager, I support new and existing customers with feature requests, questions, and onboarding. I also spent time doing QA work to help with the engineering team's workload so we can deliver more features on a fast-paced schedule. On the Data Team, we took data gathered from our products, mostly our PayByPhone parking app, and created meaningful representations. I worked with Snowflake, Keboola, and Terraform to manage our dataset, C# to create APIs, and did front end work for an internal application that uses AngularJS, Bootstrap, and CSS. As part of an effort to migrate away from our legacy system, our ETL pipeline also delivered data to Looker.I started working on the Backoffice Team late August 2020. The Backoffice Team manages the whole of the internal and client-facing portal, to which the Data Team contributed one piece. The Backoffice Team works with C# REST APIs created by other teams, such as Parking, Payments, etc, and wraps them in its own API, then manages the front end application on top of that using React and AngularJS.

I maintained and developed software used to test other NeuLion products. This software is also distributed to clients so they can verify that their devices are capable of video streaming in accordance with the NeuLion streaming standards. Later on, I worked on a small team developing an alternative audio web app that would stream radio over sports footage.

I learned Python during this internship and with it developed a widget to be used in Maya for recording videos. The widget was based off a script made by another employee that could be run from the command line on a Fedora terminal, but my script was adapted to be used within the Maya program. It could change the size of the recording window, certain audio options for advanced users, and save the videos to a user's directory when the recording was finished.

I helped full-time employees by taking on various projects that required the use of Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, BioBook, FreezerPro, and InfoPath. I loaded Pfizer scientists’ cell experiment data into FreezerPro and modified, created, and managed data on various Sharepoint sites.

I created a global guide for a program used to organize, record, and publish scientific experiments at Pfizer and received two “Pfizer Pfish” awards for effectively conveying solicited information. I also partnered with a full-time employee to organize the migration of approximately a dozen Sharepoint sites within the Pfizer Vaccine branch.
