I specialise in growing leaders and am a leading education consultant, with the skills and expertise to support and enhance schools and academies at all levels. As one of Her Majesty’s Inspectors, I inspected independent, maintained and special provision and was also the link HMI for a number of schools requiring additional support. I worked as a school improvement partner for two different local authorities, have had 4 successful headships and have been a Executive Principal for a large multi academy trust. I have lectured at several universities and provided training sessions for the National College and various professional bodies. Having moved from the UK to Barcelona in 2018 am applying my unique skills and experience to ES American School in Barcelona, with a sister campus in Florida. As a highly qualified coach, I also have advanced training in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy). I use the integrated skills from these to support and sponsor people to fulfil their dreams, achieve their goals and lead the life they wish to.I have also provided bespoke training programmes for educational establishments and identified teams within them. I have worked for over 20 years providing inspirational leadership and transformational coaching for both individuals and organisations. Working at senior leader level, I support both individual leaders and teams to bring about positive changes, alongside rapid and lasting success to any organisation.Finally, but importantly, I am a musician at heart! My first degree was in Music and I also trained as an opera singer...I mostly enjoy singing contemporary songs now, but have been known to belt out a few arias on request!I hope wherever I go and whatever I do there is a positive ripple effect that keeps on growing.
