Production Engineer
Current• Job involves sheet metal fabrication, precision machining of component, and inspection of protective coating (painting), fabrication & Inspection at all stages & assembly. • Preparation of activity chart for all individual work order as per delivery scheduled. • Traceability of materials with respect to mill certificate for the receiving material like pipes, plates, flanges, elbows, square tubes etc. and issuing it to the contractors. • Bought material (parent material) –verification against P.O and identification and markings of correctness of material. • Stage inspection is followed as per quality assurance plan. • Final inspection is followed as per quality assurance plan. Witnessing of dimension check for completed weld as per drawing • Welding Inspection, visual inspection of joint fit-ups, in process and after completion of welding on various job • Conduct Hydro test and pneumatic. • Conduct STN processes after final inspection & completion of job.
