Agency AdministratorHomecare Of The Rockies, Inc. Jan 2014 - Mar 2016As the Agency Administrator, my job is to wear many different hats. First and foremost, I am the scheduler of over 50 Clients and 65 Caregivers. At HomeCare of the Rockies we take pride in carefully matching clients and their unique needs and preferences with caregivers' experience, training and personality; we want to make sure the caregiver is a good fit for the client, and the client is a good fit for the caregiver. My role as the scheduler is to support not only the client's needs but also the needs of the caregivers, and delegate responsibilities to the scheduling team. I am also an office manager, making sure our reception area is ready to welcome guests, our training room is prepped and ready for incoming employees, and our common spaces are cleaned for the administrative team's enjoyment. I oversee company ordering of office supplies, marketing and training materials. I manage and organize company files, and record the proper documentation to be compliant with our state license. As the receptionist, I am usually the first person you will talk to when calling HomeCare of the Rockies, and the first person you see when you visit the office. I welcome guests, answer any questions, or direct you to where you need to go or who you need to speak with. I also assist with caregiver training classes. I support the Director by collaborating on the training curriculum, setting up the materials for trainings, leading the scheduling segment of training class, organize caregiver files to ensure we have the correct documentation, and make sure the day long training runs as smoothly as possible.Lastly, I assist the entire administrative team. I shift into any supportive role as the need arrises. HomeCare of the Rockies is most successful as a team effort.
