A passionate and dedicated practitioner with a deep-rooted connection to internal arts and creative expression. My journey on the healing path began in 2004 when discovering Spiritwind Internal Arts in Allentown. I studied Dao Yin Lun Shen, an internal style of yoga that utilizes the transformative power of Daoist 5 element theory, Tai chi, a mindful moving meditation, and BauGau, dragon style Kung Fu. Developing further my practice in Vinyasa flow style yoga at Shakti Yoga, embracing the fluidity and grace inherent in these forms. Pursued a 200 YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) in Unified Yoga at Peak Beings, delving into the physical mechanics of these ancient practices. Currently, a disciple within the Thundering Dragon Dharmapala Linage, a branch of Vajrayana Buddhism. I aim to make a profound impact as an instructor and practitioner, bringing a unique blend of expertise in spiritual healing, movement, internal arts, and energy work.Deeply passionate about diminishing the stigma surrounding people with disabilities, mental illness and to assist others facing similar inflictions. I received support from ACCES-VR (Adult Career and Continuing Education Services-Vocational Rehabilitation) to launch my wellness business in 2015. Receiving certifications from MWEE (Minority & Women Emerging Entrepreneurs) program through the UB School of Management, Woman One with the WBC (Women's Business Center) at Canisius College and Entrepreneurship in the Arts program through the SBDC (Small Business Development Center), and Dale Carnegie Course and Leadership training. Later, serving with the board for ACCES-VR on the Workforce Development Committee, furthering my insight on overcoming the obstacles faced by people with disabilities.Highly driven by a genuine desire to empower individuals on their own transformative journeys, explore their potential and unlock their innate healing potential. My diverse background and extensive training enable me to connect with individuals on a deep level, fostering an environment of acceptance and support in a nurturing and transformative space.
