As a Senior Economist at The SEACEN Centre, I leverage my 25+ years of experience and PhD in Economics to conduct and disseminate applied economic research and policy on topics such as climate change & monetary policy, economics of Artificial Intelligence, and macro-financial linkages. I also provide economic advice and technical assistance to SEACEN member central banks and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among them.Previously, I worked at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, where I contributed to the formulation and implementation of monetary policy, as well as the development and enhancement of the bank's forecasting and modelling framework. My skills include applied economics, economic forecasting, econometrics, and data analysis. I am passionate about advancing economic research and policy that support inclusive and sustainable growth in the region.
