Customer Segmentation and Vehicle Distribution Planning SystemInvolved in this R&D project which has three major R&D aspects: i. demand forecasting ii. anomaly detection iii. customer segmentation (RFM). Used RStudio and CRAN (The Comprehensive R Archive Network) packages.Implemented the Holt-Winters and ARIMA methods in R programming language.Gained experience and practice in calculating RMSE and MAPE values separately for both methods. During the anomaly detection tests, prepared a confusion matrix and gained experience and practice in sensitivity measurement.Examined various methods that can be applied for Java – R integration and learned to run the R code in the JVM using the Renjin method; built the necessary code to exchange data between Java and R.
