A part of Advanced Engineering Global Team, Mainly focusing prototyping projects as a technical lead.- Completed 5 new project launches in worldwide- Fully understanding customers’ technical requirements and collaborate with customer for D-FMEA and design phase development- Lead the prototype manufacturing of new/revised designed product including establishing goals, define deliverables, project milestones, risk assessment via FMEA and evaluating results- Lead change management system and support manufacturing sides about deviations, exceptions and manage all stakeholders and process standardization after prototyping through serial production for different manufacturing sides- Confer with steer-co regarding manufacturing capabilities, project timeline, resource management and other considerations to facilitate production processes on time in budget- Advance knowledge of infusion process epoxy/glass fiber, epoxy/carbon fiber composite structure and web geometry design for blade assembly- Root insert technology and pultruded girder development SME for different blade design

- Manage new product launch period with experienced team- Control the project timeline and budget- ECO management- Resource plan, time wise study, risk assessment -Lead the SDR, NCR, CoC procedure and communicate with customer
