Under the Babson international consulting program, my team of 4 consulted TourPay, a Chilean payment processing company part of Startup Chile⭐️Used the PESTLE analysis process to understand the macro-environmental factors that affected TouPays ability to expand in South America⭐️Recommended TourPay to adjust its business model by standardizing services with consulting, including a social change in its marketing plan, creating training videos, hiring representatives in the country, and partnering with an organization in the country. This to increase market capture, profits, and operational efficiency⭐️Provided 2+ year implementation strategy and timeline for TourPay to expand in Chile and internationally
