I'm a chef with in excess of 30yrs experience gained in South Africa, Egypt and now Ireland, I have spent 18yrs as Head Chef in various establishments from Restaurants, Hotels, Golf Estates, Game Lodges, etc. I was the head chef of one of the 1st hotels in South Africa to introduce and trial on-line purchasing. In Egypt I officially launched the Hilton Hurghada Plaza. In my time at the Bongani Sun Lodge ( Southern Suns 5 star game lodge ) I met and cooked for Nelson Mandela, most of the British Parliament at the time ( John Major's government ), president of Mozambique, loads of celebrities including Ben Kingsley, AHA and loads of others. I'm completely computer literate including CLS, Fidelio, Micros, Ulti Lodge / Ulti Sales, CBE, Microsoft Office to name but a few. Courses completed include HACCP, Manual Handling, First Responder, Intermediate Wine course, Train the trainer, Customer service amongst others.
