Produced designs under supervision are for theproject compliance with standards, local codes and regulations. Field Inspections, Supervision, Evaluation, Snagging and De-snagging until Project Handing - Over. Ensures that all technical designs and specifications fromcontractors are reviewed and in alignment with the client’sspecific requirements. Effectively communicating and coordinating between allArchitectural team and all other disciplines, to ensuremutual awareness of requirements and sharing of informationand common resources. Review and approve the shop drawings, Material Submittals withrespect to the project Specification and Standards of practicesubmitted by contractors. Review, coordinate and consolidate all Architectural reviewcomments. Endorse all Architectural deliverables produced by thecontractors. Provide inputs/comments on other discipline drawings anddocuments. Provide clarifications, technical inputs for the Contractor queries& requests as well resolution with the technical issues, andchange orders raised by the Contractor. Review Contractor’s material proposals against specifiedtechnical performance requirements and advise the TechnicalManager on the appropriateness of the proposals. Ensure the application of correct standards in the design anddevelopment of project deliverables. Attending testing, start-up and commissioning by contractors ofall Architectural systems. Ensure effective communication and co-ordination with alldisciplines and project management team. Respond to all site requests and clarifications in accordance toproject procedures.
