As a classroom instructor, I taught advanced communications and management courses to active duty, military reserve and guard, and Department of Defense civilian managers. I also had the pleasure of being an adjunct professor at the University of Phoenix.Today, I'm a facilitator with the Lionheart HR group; a group offering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training by way of a course called "Another Seat At The Table 2.0." My participation with this group has been enormously rewarding as we help clients experience excellence through Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.Needless to say, I have positively impacted the lives of thousands of military and civilian leaders across the spectrum of the Federal Government, and I am ready to partner with companies and organizations so they too can experience the rewards of leveling up! -
