• To support the Warehouse in Charge for overall supervision of the warehousing A to Z tasks as follows.• To control presences and absenteeism / check out and report for any violations• To distribute workforce adequately to meet the set up targets successfully.• MHE distribution based on tasks to be performed as per the schedule.• To monitor the physical / systemic integrity of receiving and shipping of all shipments.• Cycle counts accomplished as per the instructions from stock control department.• To monitor and tracking of warehouse consumables.• To ensure all house keeping and organizing are kept to a very good standard at all times.• To ensure complete Health & Safety compliance by staff and visitors.• Liaising with client service, Transportation and operations in placing containers for inbound and outbound shipments.• Co-ordination and instant communication with all cases between warehouse, transportation and client service.• To conduct monthly safety training for all warehouse operations staff.• To conduct a very good Exceed / RF basic trainings for all the floor members.• Produce daily KPI’s of: Receipts, Put Away, Picks, Aisle Checks, Stock Claims.• Coordinating with the Team Leader for resolving discrepancies.• Maintain record of activities for the day & pending tasks & forward it to the next shift supervisor, Warehouse Manager for next shift operations.• Co-ordinates and supports the Warehouse Manager in administrative tasks.• Any other works as and when assigned by the superiors.

Also follow up on intimation on damages for insurance claims• To develop a system of monitoring and controlling distribution cost factors, such as freight cost, transportation cost, demur-rage, tariff analysis, documentation and maintenance of records• Handling of imports of paints with associates of Sigma centers and dealing on foreign supplies for associates vessels.• Any other works as and when assigned by the superiors.

• Appointed as an authorized signatory for Document signing such as Invoices, Debit Notes, Credit Notes & Excise Documents.• As an in charge at warehouse, taking care of stock movement as per Customers Business Plans. • To keep track of value added services along with routine work.• Leading a team of five Executives & 30 Labors and other activities.• Attending Monthly stock take and reconciliation.• To Dispatch the material to various dealers along with stock keeping & Logistic.• To give customer assistance.• To give Dispatch details to Logistic Manager on daily basis.• To Prepare Various MIS Reports Inward and Outward register.• Co-ordinate with factory and regional offices pertaining to distribution.• Update weekly and monthly stock statements.• Any other works as and when assigned by the superiors.
