• Robustness/Tool Productivity Project- Collaborated with equipment engineers on Bake unit Temperature Drift project with on-job training.- Liaised heavily with key production and process stakeholders to coordinate the planning and production schedule of machines.- Successfully upgraded over 15 machines in 20 weeks, the project achieved 100% effectiveness with 0% temperature drift occurrence.• Prevention of Tool Obsolescence- Effectively identified critical parts of track tools with critical stock levels. - Formulated the strategy to maintain tool sustainability through tool recycling by secondhand purchase.- Achieved approximately $60,000 in cost savings through the creation of sustainable stock management for critical parts which resulted in the reduction of risk of tool obsolescence.
