Experienced program developer with a demonstrated history of implementing & creating behavior programs for individuals on the Autism Spectrum. I concentrate my efforts on a desire to organize programs that help facilitate growth and behavior changes not only for individuals with Autism, but also with internal teams & external partners.

Work alongside the lead teacher to monitor & oversee the classroom. Support with the creation of lesson plans. Provide instruction to individual students & small groups.Collaborate with lead teachers and team members to identify issues and recommend solutions.Attend all parent/teacher conferences & faculty meetings.
