Responsibility of achieving efficient operation of the IS machines as effectively as possible after a job change in order to optimise performance and minimise the loss of production. Monitor the performance of the IS Machine directly and via PIC (Prod Info Computer) responding to any changes in order to maximise production efficiencies.Co-ordinate machine trials when required to ensure that new or modified containers can be accurately produced in accordance with customer specification.Identify and implement improvementsto job change procedures, working methods and the IS Machine in order to improve production efficiencies and ensure containers meet necessary specifications.Maintain an effective communication flow between production/inspection colleagues and Supervision in order to maintain a well informed team.
