I am a Property Surveyor with over 35 years’ experience within the construction industry. We deal with all aspects of building preservation including services such as Dry/Wet Rot treatment, Damp proofing, Timber infestation treatment, Structural waterproofing, Condensation control and Timber window repair. Being the property maintenance division of one of Scotland’s largest building contractors, we are able to see a property restoration through from start to finish.
