Responsibility:• Generation and submission of TLS 10.2 GML (As-built data) to Telstra based on the definitive agreement between NBN and Telstra for updating the base data on the changes done to Telstra entities during field work.• Interpreting SLD, Red-line or As-built drawing sheet for identifying the in-field network updates and validating the data available in PNI.• Follow the Network data quality assessment and quality improvement (QA/QI) standards for updating or creating network entities (Cables, ducts, trenches, outside plant equipment’s), cable association and equipment’s attachment in Spatial (AutoCAD), by referring SLD (Straight Line Diagram), Red-line or As-Built document.
