Als Service Delivery Manager ben ik verantwoordelijk voor verschillende teams binnen de unit Managed Services, zoals Hosted Business Suite Team, Hosting & Technisch Beheerteam, SQL/BI-team en de Service Desk. Ik ben hierbij operationeel en tactisch verantwoordelijk voor deze teams. Binnen de Hosted Business Suite bieden we hosted diensten, zoals Office 365, Exchange, Virtuele Werkplekken, CRM, LOB-apps, e.a., aan Service Providers/Partners. Hierbij ligt de toegevoegde waarde in het feit dat ik me specialiseer in de techniek, maar ook de business. Met ons Hosting & Technisch Beheerteam, bieden we managed (maatwerk)oplossingen, aan klanten en denken we mee aan de strategie van organisaties, met betrekking tot hun IT-oplossingen, maar ook hoe IT hun business kan bevorderen/vergroten.Voor alle klanten ben ik het primaire aanspreekpunt en binnen de organisatie ben ik proceseigenaar van een aantal ITIL-processen, zoals Incident en Event Management.
