My work involved ratio analysis, with an especial focus on capital and liquidity ratios in order to ensure the company met its regulatory requirements. I was able to liaise with the Taiwan business department who are tasked with working closely with its key customers and making pricing decisions. Accounts receivable: I also assisted the team in performing periodic analysis of the aged debtor’s reports, in order to identify the maturity profile of outstanding debtors. This information was fed back to management to make business decisions as part of their review of working capital and ensuring that the company meets its capital and liquidity ratios as described above.
