Governance & Complianceo Implementation and administration of the Agitos Foundation Supervisory Board, including the appointment process of trustees and the scheduling, agenda development and recording of all meetingso Monitor changes in legislation and the regulatory environment, advising colleagues and Trustees where action needs taking.o Ensure the proper establishment and operation of any oversees-based funds that the Foundation decides to establish in order to facilitate tax-efficient giving for donors.o Working with the Fundraising Director, ensure that all significant donations have a comprehensive gift agreement and funds are allocated and invested in accordance with donor wishes.Financial ManagementImplement a best-practice financial management regime that enables the maximum degree of investment in projects and programmes on behalf of our stakeholders. o Responsible for cash flow planning, currency hedging and financial investments, o Preparation and management of all budgetso Supervision of invoice payments and the bookkeeping processo Presentation of financial updates and reports for the Chief Executive Officer, departmental heads and the Supervisory Board, including the preparation of annual accounts.o Co-operation and liaison with external auditors, finance and tax authorities, thus ensuring the compliance with German and International tax lawsAdministrationo Facilities Management, including managing matters related to insurance and property.o Procurement of goods and services, including the issuing and approval of purchase orders and contracts.
