-Main HR contact for 142 Firestone Complete Auto Care retail locations and 1,400 teammates within the Texas Region (largest region for BSRO).-Manage Talent Acquisition System (iCIMS), Talent Management System (Success Factors), and Human Capital Management System (DayForce and SAP HR) for 12 Areas (142 stores).-Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly updates to the field regarding HR’s Key Performance Indicators.-Created Regional Anniversary/Birthday Recognition Program.-Recruit and Develop Talent Pipelines (Intern Program), Succession Planning for Store Managers.-Maintain compliance regarding teammate issues within local, state and federal law; including Payroll, Benefits, Promotions, FMLA, Separations, Workplace Alert Lines, Unemployment claims and EEOC Mediations.

-Led and facilitated all recruiting efforts for 383 Firestone Complete Auto Care retail locations.-Assisted in the creation of BSRO Leadership Development Internship Program. -Communicated with 30-50 Interns a year (prior year and current year) and maintained relationships with 30+ universities through career fairs, scholarship events and conferences.-Completed Affirmative Action Planning report (yearly) for 383 retail locations and regional office.-Results generated a 250% improvement in conversion of BSRO interns to Full Time Catalyst Program Teammates and Successful implementation of iCIMS and Success Factors for 14 districts (383 stores).

- Selected to open new location in Fayetteville, AR. Oversaw all recruiting/marketing operations in preparation for soft opening in November 2011 and Grand Opening in January 2012.- Created and led an effective team of ten employees, reinforced correct business practices at store level.- Supported company’s college internship program - Results included generating second biggest grand opening event in company history and helping region retain 40% of interns, converting them to Full Time teammates.
