• Interacting with visitors which include greeting, answering queries, assisting in situations that may require problem solving and providing information about the Park• Assist in the day-to-day operation of the Park• Provide administrative support to the department.

• Ensure all flights are safely dispatched in accordance to Company policies and CAAS regulations.• Perform flight watch duties, anticipate and prevent operational delays and disruptions.• Ensure optimization of crew and aircraft utilisation• Coordinate changes to and recover flying programs• Disruption Management• Handle daily operations matter including but not limited to performing of up-gauge and down-gauge of flights, dissemination of information to all concerned based on operations requirements
