I'm the Deputy Medical Director at Raffles Medical Group, and my job is all about rolling with the punches. I keep an eye on our network of clinics and TCF Projects, ensuring we serve our patients to the best of our abilities. Working with a great leadership team, we're always figuring out how to embrace new ideas and work together across our different business units in Singapore and the region. Whether it's guiding the next wave of doctors or finding smarter ways to work, I'm all in. It's busy, challenging, and never dull, but that's how we like it! As they say: Noah's Ark was rocky, smelly and cramped, but you would rather be there than elsewhere during the deluge.
