- Designed, developed, and qualified liquid quantity indicators for bellows application used on the E-2C Hawkeye (Honeywell – Torrance, CA).
- Designed, developed, tested, and layout PCBs for signal conditioners embedded into position transducers. FlexSignal allows outputs 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA and others from an unregulated power source.
- Designed position transducers used for liquid level sensors used for the International Space Station (ISS) - Hamilton Sundstrand.
- Designed and implemented a NIST-traceable lifecycle testing machine utilizing a motion controller, stepper driver and stepper motor. Configuration file allows for duplicating of real-life conditions and limit switches.
- Familiar with the intricate quality standard AS9100 – Source Control Drawings, Material Review Board, First Article and Source Inspections.
