• Designed, developed, and qualified dual- and quad-redundant position sensors for next generation air refueling boom system (ARBS) for the A330-based Multi Role Tanker Transport (Eaton Aerospace - Grand Rapids, MI).• Designed, developed, and qualified liquid quantity indicators for bellows application used on the E-2C Hawkeye (Honeywell – Torrance, CA). • Designed, developed, tested, and layout PCBs for signal conditioners embedded into position transducers. FlexSignal allows outputs 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA and others from an unregulated power source. • Designed position transducers used for liquid level sensors used for the International Space Station (ISS) - Hamilton Sundstrand.• Designed and implemented a NIST-traceable lifecycle testing machine utilizing a motion controller, stepper driver and stepper motor. Configuration file allows for duplicating of real-life conditions and limit switches allows for 24 hours continuous testing. Capabilities include position, velocity and acceleration profiling.• Familiar with the intricate quality standard AS9100 – Source Control Drawings, Material Review Board, First Article and Source Inspections.• Developed a complex 3-D position transducer for digitizing purposes.• Developing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for calibration purposes.
