• Responsible for daily facility management and space planning for 30 sites and 1.8MM square feet of mission critical technical, media production and office facility operations. • Managed a team of 30 facility engineering and maintenance personnel with an operating budget of $15MM.• Led high profile corporate construction projects totaling ~$450MM in Capital investment within the last 6 1/2 years.• Successfully led the transition to an outsource facility management operation improving performance and reducing costs of ~$2MM over the past 2 years.

• Directed a project team in the $150MM, 12 month conversion of a 150K SF warehouse facility to a state of the art broadcast center; the new Miami headquarters for Univision News, WLTV News, Promotions and Radio as well as TV and Digital operations for Fusion.• Initiated discussions with Enterprise Florida, DEO and City of Miami in partnering with Univision in support of the launch of the Fusion TV in Doral, Florida.• Led 5 month fast tracked project to launch Miami based 24 hour Deportes (Sports) Network. Oversaw development of workflow, facility design and technology infrastructure.

• Created and implemented a self funded project plan to digitize ~250K hours of NBC News Videotape and Film Archival content to be accessible by users via their desktops. • Developed news content standards including metadata, naming schemas, hierarchal storage management and customer service level agreements for digital storage reliability and retrieval metrics.• Direct the Media Assets Department consisting of 60 FTEs with an annual operating budget of $15MM. Implemented productivity savings of $1MM per annum.

• Led VUE Studio Integration team in identifying $3-$5MM in business model synergies across 39 stages, 125 acres of back lot sets and post production operations. Commissioned and managed productivity and market condition study by Booz Allen Hamilton. • Recruited prominent land development firms and led a detailed market analysis to help determine “highest and best use” of 450 acres of LA and Burbank properties. • Led Real Estate team in developing various VUE LA Lot Master Planning models including valuation estimates, local community impact, development costs, local and state political strategies and the ultimate returns on land sales.• Led team in developing a West Coast rooftop consolidation space plan for over 2.5MM SF of office and production space. Implemented immediate post merger collocation moves enabling synergy savings of approximately $5MM.

• Conducted fast tracked due diligence and integration for NBC BD in the successful acquisition of KNTV, Telemundo and Bravo.• Guided the Telemundo facility consolidation and “shared service” initiatives in Miami, Burbank and Chicago resulting in a combined synergy savings of $11MM per annum.• Responsible for Corporate supervision of Engineering Directors at 29 owned and operated television stations responsible for 450 FTEs and operating budgets totaling ~$300MM. • Assembled a project team that developed a low cost desktop solution enabling real time central management of $40MM in annual Capex spending that resulted in efficiencies of $3MM per annum.

• Managed the Technical Operations Department consisting of 180 FTEs with an annual operating budget of $50MM and annual Capex of $5MM.• Directed the consolidation of the MSNBC and CNBC Master Control operations which resulted in improved quality and a savings of approximately $1MM per annum.• Directed the Satellite Operations Consolidation Project reducing the “sharing gap” between NBC, CNBC, and MSNBC resulting in an annual savings of $1.7MM.• Devised and implemented an industry leading transmission paradigm enabling the carriage of the 2000 Sydney NBC Olympics programming on CNBC and MSNBC cable resulting in approximately $20MM incremental revenue. • Directed the project team in the $60MM design, construction and ultimate transition to a permanent state of the art facility in Secaucus, NJ, in April 1997. • Led successful negotiations with the New Jersey State Economic Development Association for MSNBC related economic subsidies including capital funding, payroll, training and corporate tax rebates totaling $5MM per annum.
