• Leading and managing a PR team of five people, reporting directly into the Managing Director• First point of contact for clients, providing regular client council and strategic guidance• Research, development and presentation of pitch documents• Development and implementation of corporate, B2B and B2C strategies• Strategy budgeting and forecasting• Nurturing of ongoing media relationships, in the UK, Europe and beyond• Development of press releases, long-lead features, by-lined articles, newsletters, website content• Planning and delivery of media events throughout Europe on behalf of automotive, engineering, fashion and public sector clients• Delivery of monthly and end-of-year campaign reports• Briefings with top level company spokespeople• Running the on-site press office for Autosport International, providing accreditation, assistance, interview and feature opportunities to almost 500 international media• Developing European toolkits and press packs on behalf of Automobili Lamborghini, FPT Industrial, Autosport International, in multiple languages• Management of internal communications projects for Biffa, Mercedes-Benz Retail Group and Porsche Retail Group, from concept through to design, print and delivery• Sourcing and management of external suppliers, including photography, videography and printing• Working closely with RSM’s marketing and design teams for both the completion of PR/comms projects and to provide support on additional projects as required• Social media strategy development and implementation• Development of client websites and those on behalf of RSM• Actively looking for new business opportunities and potential to upsell to existing clients
