• Maintaining the books of accounts, recording daily basis sales, purchase, expenses, cash and bank entries.• Examining bank statement and reconciling them with general ledger entries.• Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable. • Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.• Preparing quotation for clients, follow up quotation ad preparing purchase order.• Coordinating with the customer for the order and payments.• Preparing of workers salary and overtimes.• Preparing of quotations, invoices.
