I am hard working and a highly capable individual with 25 years in the oil and gas and power generation construction industry. Within these years I have gained much experience first as a tradesperson and then progressing to supervisor and management level. I am able to work independently and has superb problem solving, judgement and decision making skills. As well as independent work I have vast experience managing large teams of personnel consisting of all disciplines including sub-contractors with considerable complexity. I have great experience in all the design stage, engineering and construction, right through to installation and the final commissioning. I possess an ability to see the big picture whilst at the same time focusing on the tasks at hand, and managing many projects. On top of all, I have a successful track record of completing projects on time and to the high standard set by clients.My skills include: -• Coordinating, planning and overseeing onshore and offshore projects.• Constructing projects to design like Norsok.• Development of onshore and offshore work packs and the scope of work within.• A dependable team member who can communicate effectively at all levels.• Working with the design and engineering teams to maximise the build sequence.• A very good awareness of Health and Safety, Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Permit to work systems.• Day to day problem solving talents such as site instructions, system and sub-system changes, engineering and technical queries.
