I lead 60 direct reports and spearhead operations, policies, procedures, and processes. I support customer onboarding teams and maintain the business model, value proposition development, sales channel, and P&L. Furthermore, I integrate internal customer-level data, external firmographic information, and macroeconomic data and drive ad hoc market analysis and custom research projects, inside sales systems, and architecture teams.Lastly, I analyze critical data points of an application to capture commercial terms in a charter party, sales, and purchase contract-sculpted remote teams in UAE, India, Manila, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, and Turkey. Noteworthy achievements thus far include:✧ Achieving a 37% reduction per annum in operational cost and improved efficiency, accuracy, and standardization in Port Document Management Service (PDMS) using digitalization and automation. ✧ Garnering a 25% annual reduction in operational cost and improved efficiency, accuracy, and standardization.✧ Securing 15% incremental revenue per annum and preference for deeper penetration of a customer base. ✧ Realizing additional revenue per new hire and a 70% decrease in the onboarding time of new employees.✧ Saved 11% in operational costs on the online platform MarDocs for servicing tanker customers on base charter-party terms, agreed-term fixtures, and 3PF (third-party fixtures).✧ Project lead for implementation and achieving certification of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 in six months across UAE and Mumbai offices

As GM and business head, I instituted a competent team of 12 based in India to deliver the value proposition to the customer. I established competitive landscape mapping and understanding, developed a long-term business plan, and continuously prioritized prospects. I assessed requirements and strategies and implemented an action plan for an office-based setup to a remote configuration and quickly transitioned to remote during COVID-19 for UAE, India, United Kingdom, Denmark, Greece, Singapore, and the Philippines in coordination with HSE, HR, IT, department heads, and senior leadership.

As GM of group marketing and business solutions, I led a team of 23 in UAE and India to support the business continuity process and delivered support across the group for sales business development, analytics, data governance, and a single repository of information. I oversaw function deliveries, cross-company requirements, and optimization to avoid effort duplication. Then I set KPIs for measuring lead generation, lead qualification, pipeline velocity, stage conversion, and activity reporting. Reported to the managing director.Notable achievements include:✧ Achieved increased pre-sales and sales pipeline opportunities by leading architecture for use across six group business units with a 360-degree view of all sales and customer engagement. ✧ Spearheaded the submission of 14 commercial tenders for global shipping companies, including ADNATCO, AET, BP Shipping, China Nav, GDF Suez, MOL, Neste Oil, Odjfell, Oman Shipping, Rio Tinto, and Shell. ✧ Implemented LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter social media campaigns as a lead generation source.

In this role, I established a business intelligence department of ten professionals and experts. I oversaw a team of 23 and managed a multi-million-dollar budget while conceptualizing strategies, recommending probable suggestions for BI, and approving a recurring budget. Furthermore, I adapted competent teams, created a roadmap, and managed executions. Lastly, I optimized Salesforce usage and implemented process improvement measures in CRM data management, contact lists, roles, and measuring and reporting.

As the implementation manager, I oversaw a massive budget with a team of 13 direct reports. In addition, I was responsible for customer onboarding, training, hyper-care, relationship management, post-implementation review, value proposition reinforcement, and service quality analysis for 150+ customers.My team and I achieved a 55% reduction in onboarding time by optimizing the processes and introducing onsite onboarding, resulting in early revenue generation by 30 days.
