The Mayor shall preside at meetings of the Commission, represent the City of East Jordan in intergovernmental relationships, present an annual state of the City message, and other duties specified by the Commission. The Mayor shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the City of East Jordan and shall be recognized as head of the City government for all ceremonial purposes and by the governor for purposes of military law, but shall have no administrative duties.

Elected to a 4 year term to serve on City Council.

• Works to identify, manage and maintain database of physician specialty reading and procedural capabilities.• Coordinates with Scheduling related to shift design, coverage capabilities/procedural skill set needs at new and existing hospital partners to meet clinical and programmatic needs• Serves as liaison to hospitals throughout onboarding and go live to ensure clinical and subspecialty needs are met• Works with Clinical Applications team to inform and plan for go live needs as it pertains to physician coverage and clinical workflows• Collaborates with section chiefs and talent acquisition to identify recruitment needs for the corporation and understand coverage capabilities of recruits in process• Acts as liaison to hospitals and ARS/STARS leadership to ensure appropriate clinical coverage, coordination for new site service lines and continued process improvement initiatives• Creates and distributes volume related analyses and projections to inform growth needs• Develops and maintains corporate master procedure list documenting necessary clinical information, subspecialty assignment and worklist coordination• Performs site integration for new business onboardings aligning site order catalogue with the corporate master procedure database

Physician Efficiency• Served as lead for enhancing and optimizing physician workflows within both ARS applications and hospital based platforms, focused on increasing efficiency of the radiologists to support quality patient care.• Collaborated with ARS radiologists, hospital teams, clinical applications experts, and quality teams to provide standardization and optimization of the system.• Partnered with ARS leadership and clinical section lead physicians to develop gold standard radiology report templates.• Coordinated, administered, and deployed corporate templates for system-wide use in PowerScribe 360, partnering with ARS software development team to build an internal platform for auditing and archiving template changes.• Facilitated acquisition protocol and tech worksheets updates with hospital partner lead technologists.• Worked with ARS quality team to support quality payment program initiatives and implementation within workflows, facilitating necessary template updates and physician involvement/education.Physician Training• Facilitated basic and advanced application training for Clario Smart Worklist, InteleViewer PACS, and PowerScribe 360 dictation system.• Implemented initial & follow up training program for new physicians, including a new application training session (live and recorded options) and at the elbow first shift-support.• Supported existing radiologists with refresher training and workflow optimization consult sessions, including customized template work and hanging protocol development.Communication Management• Served as PerfectServe app owner and subject matter expert: coordinating schedule changes impacting on call needs, facilitating Qgenda to PerfectServe schedule transfer, and implementing automations where possible.• Worked with site partners to develop communication plans utilizing PerfectServe for streamlining and physician ease of use.
