- Define the communications strategy to recruit participants and increase sales. Prepare printed and electronic advertising material.- Represent the organization and act as a spokesperson for the camp in social events with politicians, sponsors and potential partners.- Negotiate and maintain a good relationship with customers, sponsors and partners.- Manage the online community (social media, newsletter, etc.)- Insure the camp’s viability by increasing the sales, improving services, retaining and motivating staff, as well as obtaining affiliations and partnerships to invest in advertising.- Recruit and select employees (from 8 to 15 per summer) and volunteers (from 2 to 5 per summer); train and motivate them.- Organize the schedules; manage time sheets and material.- Act as the executive producer and manage the budget of shows (renting venues, hiring technicians, preparing the material, etc.) - Teach and lead activities for kids (music lessons, choir, dance, arts and craft, acting, etc.)- Organize shows; write songs and musicals.

- Assist the Communications and Sponsorship Department in the research of sponsors and subcontractors to organize the Fête Nationale du Québec à Montréal- Edit press releases- Manage contests and deal with winners- Purchase and rent material, and hire staff for the « Tente des partenaires » at Maisonneuve Parc, the « Déjeuner du maire » at the Montreal City Hall and the « Estrade V.I.P » at the parade.- Edit and distribute invites for all aforementioned events
