As a Counselling Therapist, I work with adults and older teens, including individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed with stress or anxiety, are lacking motivation, and perhaps even feel stuck and are not sure where to turn for support. Many of my clients have experienced anxiety, depression or issues in their relationships. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify the issues and areas that are keeping them stuck.
