Not much of a writer about myself however can talk about a lot of adventures. One of those adventures is shifting my career to the tech field last year through Ironhack bootcamp. This is a transition from learning basics through Udemy to going through an intensive learning path via Ironhack.After finishing the bootcamp I decided to sharpen my skills through self learning using Freecodecamp and enrolling in a Udacity course. Being accepted in an internship with thing.online opened my eyes to testing and how keeping it in mind changes a lot the way to write code.Within less than a year I found myself coding with comfort using React yet adapted to using Vue during the internship. I still learn a lot while using it but who doesn't. What applies on Vue applies to testing, a learning curve that I'm enjoying as I started testing using Jest less than 2 months ago.The internship benefited me in several ways. The knowledge of a new frame work, testing and experience in how the life of a Frontend developer is like. An additional part was working from home as a junior developer and also applying pair programming with such structure. Such experience, although seen as a challenge, was a great preparation to any future setup. It became possible by working with such a great team.My main goal through web development in general is building products that can help people reach a healthier life.
